Ignite presentation learner response

1) Type up your feedback in full including the ratings out of five for each of the six categories.

2) Use this feedback, comments from peers and your own reflection on your presentation to self-assess and write a detailed WWW and EBI for your own coursework concept and presentation as a whole.

WWW: Clear narrative/concept/good images on some slides. Locations are authentic. Good promotion/social media.
Overall good.
Good concept, well explained, good representation.
You explained in detail.

EBI: Too much text on screen, too much reading, look at audience, auto-slide is not set up, images aren't on all the slides. There was no link to theory.
Little disconnected.
Set timer for slides, use more media terminology.
Focus on delivery.

3) Write a paragraph discussing how your presentation will lead into your actual coursework production. Do you need to update your statement of intent? Does your narrative offer enough clarity? Is it appropriate for the audience specified in the brief? Does it fit the genre you are aiming for? Can you add media terminology or theory to your statement of intent now you have reflected on your presentation and seen others?

My presentation will lead onto my actual coursework production because it has allowed me to break down everything that I'll be filming. It has allowed me to breakdown exactly which characters will be doing what and what their background story is. Furthermore, it has allowed me to choose how I will distribute my TV drama trailer and the mise-en-scene I will be using such as props including baseball bats and other offensive weapons and also the locations I will be using such as an estate in West Ealing along with the scenery I will include at Alexandra palace and primrose hill. My coursework production is definitely appropriate for the 15-18 age range I am targeting and it'll fit the pre-watershed requirements. My TV production reinforces stereotypes such as young teenage boys wearing tracksuits up to mischief and getting up to trouble however, it also subverts stereotypes such as you wouldn't typically see women up to mischief or you wouldn't expect women being a drug lord/drug distributor. My TV production successfully fits the crime genre I am aiming to film. I could definitely add more terminology and theory to my coursework after having a look at my classmates presentations.
